UPDATE 8:47 p.m.: All schools closed on Thursday, February 13.

Parking on snow emergency routes is restricted, and cars violating the restriction may be towed. Haverford Township Free Library, the Skatium, CREC and other township buildings will be closed Thursday. Trash and recycling collection is also cancelled for Thursday and Friday.

Heavy snow is rumored in the coming days, so residents should take caution when travelling on snow-covered roads.
