The Haverford girls basketball team picked up yet another win on Friday against Ridley, swiftly crushing them 54-41.

HHS girls basketball took a trip to Folsom, Pennsylvania to play Ridley in a competitive matchup. The Fords have exceeded expectations the past few years, especially last year when they made it to the District Championship. Last year’s playoff run fueled the Fords to come back this season and dominate the Central League once again.

Senior stars from last season like Caroline Dotsey, Sky Newman, Mollie Carpenter, and more could only cheer from afar as new stars such as Rian Dotsey, Ashley Wright, Natalie Wright, and Meghan Kelly took the court.

Haverford dominated Ridley with key performances from returning starters Aniya Eberhart and Rian Dotsey. The offense was lights out, converting on almost all of their shot attempts.

This is the team’s third win in this four-game stretch to open the season. With dominance like this, I don’t think many people would be shocked if the Fords made another run for the district title.
