A College and Career Fair for those interested in post-high school planning will be held Thursday, April 10, from 6:00-8:00 p.m, in the Juenger Gymnasium of Haverford High School.
Representatives from colleges and career centers from across the East Coast will be on hand with information about their school regarding the application process, admittance rates, and visiting times.
Temple, Cabrini, Drexel, West Chester, and Bloomsburg Universities, among many others, are scheduled to meet with students Thursday evening. According to Haverford’s Counseling Department webpage, these schools are among HHS students’ top picks after graduation.
“I think the College and Career Fair is a great way for seniors to learn more about where they might be going next year, and for juniors to begin the steps of researching colleges” commented Senior Tim Mulhern. “Everyone has such busy schedules, it’s often tough to get out and see schools, so it is nice that they are coming to us.”
The fair is free and open to the public.
