Now that Spring Break is over, The Fordian will again start posting the Mr. Haverford exclusive interviews!
The Mr. Haverford contest is next Friday, April 17th at 7:00 p.m. and they are $10. Seats are reserved so make sure you don’t lose your ticket. And, without delay, here is the next interview.
Next up is the well-known high school scholar, musician, actor, and talent extraordinaire; Senior Chris Lee.
Q: What inspired you do Mr. Haverford?
A: “Ever since freshman year I thought it was a funny idea. It was a great thing Haverford was doing by objectifying men and having them dance to Beyonce. Since then I have been hoping to eventually be voted in.”
Q: Give me some background about yourself.
A: “I am a very eclectic person; I like a lot of different things. especially art and music. I really believe in becoming educated and knowledgeable but also being creative and expressing yourself.”
Q: What are you most looking forward to in Mr. Haverford?
A: “I’m looking forward to my talent and performing with so many people on stage. I’m really sacrificing humor in my act in order to perform something good that i really enjoy”
Q:Hints for Mr. Haverford?
A: “It’s gonna be very religious. Very Asian. And very gay.”
Q: What will you do if you win Mr. Haverford?
A: “Is there anything special I can do? Guess I will just wear the belt then hang it on the fridge.”
Q: What is your biggest fear?
A: “When I make eye contact with people in the hallway and forget their names.”
Q:What do you think you will get out of Mr. Haverford overall?
A: “Getting to know people that I probably wouldn’t normally.”
