1. “The Lemon Run” (Philadelphia): Benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand and join 2,000
runners and walkers in the Philadelphia “Lemon Run”. This event allows the whole family
to support the fight against childhood cancer.  Great run through the city streets for
beginners to advanced runners.

When: Sunday, November 9th
Location: Memorial Hall in Fairmont Park
Registration begins at 7:00AM at 4231 Avenue of the Republic, Philadelphia PA. The 5k begins at 8:00AM.
Price: Pre-Race Day Registration (by Nov. 8th): 5k Runner- $35   5k Walker- $25
On Race Day Registration: 5k Runner- $45   5k Walker- $35

2. Turkey Trot at the Philadelphia Zoo (Philadelphia): Run around the Philadelphia Zoo along giraffes, monkeys, and flamingos, while benefiting “Bringing Hope Home”; an organization that helps local families with cancer. Registration includes a free entry into the Zoo and a chance to race through the Zoo before it opens.

When: Sunday, November 16th.
Registration begins at 7:00am, 5k run/2k walk begins at 8:00am, and Kids’ Race begins at 8:15am.

3. Home Helpers Ruby 5k Run & Walk (Media): Run or walk in this local 5k in the scenic hilly area of Rose Tree Park. A great way to experience the beauty of fall! All proceeds raised are donated to “Home Helpers of Delaware Valley”, an organization that helps people battling cancer, and their families.

When: Sunday, November 16th.
Registration begins at 8:00AM, 5k begins at 9:00AM, and 1 Mile Fun Walk begins at 9:15AM.
Location: Rose Tree Park, North Providence Road, Media, PA
Price: $30 for adults and $15 for ages 18 and under; price will increase after November 14th registration deadline.

4. Haverford Reserve’s Chilly Trail Run: Ready for a challenging 3 Mile route packed with exciting twists, turns, inclines and declines? Run Haverford Reserve’s Community Park and experience its beautiful trails fit for beginners to experienced trail runners. Complimentary lunch and refreshments are provided after the race at the CREC.

When: Saturday, December 6th. Registration begins at 10:00AM, 5k begins at 11:00AM.
Location: Haverford Reserve Trail Entrance, on 2325 Darby Road, Havertown PA.
Price: $30 for adults and $15 for children pre-race day; $35 for adults and $20 on registration day.

5. “The Ugly Sweater Run” (Philadelphia): Start your holiday festivities the right way, get dressed up in your ugliest sweater, grab some friends and enjoy a festive 5k run or walk on city streets. The start line will have huge inflatables, photo stations and catchy holiday music and throughout the race there will holiday themed stations at every mile with hot chocolate. This fun and festive run benefits “Save the Children”, a child-advocacy non-profit that helps children in the United States and around the world receive protection, care and education.

When: Saturday, December 13th. 5k run/walk begins at 8:00AM, with festivities continuing post-race.
Location: Fairmont Park, 4231 Avenue of the Republic, Philadelphia PA.
Price: $35 per person or $30/person with a 4-or-more person team during pre-race registration. $40 per person or $35/person with a 4-or-more person team on race day.
